Melbourne University’s Michael Wesley says "what we are seeing is a really worrying unravelling of NATO”. Tensions ran high when the US President and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron held a joint news conference at the NATO summit in London. The two world leaders reportedly clashed over a number of issues, including ISIS, Russia and NATO.
