Australia’s coronavirus death toll has climbed to 51 after a South Australian man died overnight. The current caseload sits at 6,089 but more than 2,800 Australians have already recovered from the virus. New South Wales leads with 2,773 cases of the virus, but the Premier said she was cautiously optimistic the curve was flattening as there were no new deaths recorded in the state in the past 48 hours.
