Football Commentator Calls for Racing Penguins on Victoria’s Phillip Island

BBC commentator Andrew Cotter narrated the scene of little penguins scrambling from the sea to their burrows on Australia’s Phillip Island. Cotter, who was familiar with the penguins of Phillip Island, called the ‘race’ to give a sporting atmosphere to the nightly event. With no sport to commentate, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cotter had posted videos featuring him commentating his dogs’ behaviour, which earned him viral fame.
