Premier Daniel Andrews has unveiled Victoria’s road to recovery with radical restrictions set to ease from Wednesday allowing up to five people to enter a household. “From 11:59pm tomorrow night, Victorians will be able to have five guests to their home,” he said. “They should be family and friends, after all, that I are the people that mean the most to us and that's where it's hurt, people not being able to connect with the people that are most important to them.” The new restrictions will last for the rest of May when Mr Andrews will decide whether he can roll out the second stage of recovery.
