He refused to answer questions shouted at him by the small gaggle of reporters who were waiting for him as he returned to the White House from Camp David on Monday. President Biden's availability has been a source of friction between him and the mainstream media. According to the White House Transition Project, Joe Biden has held fewer press conferences and media interviews than his five predecessors.
