NSW Opposition leader Luke Foley, in Sydney, speaks about reports NSW ALP frontbencher Adam Searle is giving legal advice to Labor MP Emma Husar, who has been accused of bullying by former staff. Mr Foley says he hasn’t spoken to Mr Searle and “he often gives advice to people around employment law aspects. I don’t see anything wrong with that” as long as he’s not getting paid for it as there's Labor policy shadow cabinet members aren't allowed more than one source of income. (AAP Video/Carol Cho)
