An explosion that caused the collapse of an apartment block in the Russian city of Magnitogorsk killed at least four people and left another 68 people unaccounted for on December 31, the Russian emergency ministry said. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said they were looking into the explosion as a criminal case due to suspected negligence. They said they were working on the assumption that the explosion was caused by a gas leak. This footage shows emergency responders and the governor of the Chelyabinsk region inspecting the scene of the explosion. Credit: Boris Dubrovsky via Storyful
