Besieged Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro claims a small group who planned to unseat him have failed, despite thousands of locals taking to the streets in opposition to his leadership. Opposition Leader Juan Guaido on Wednesday called for an uprising to unseat President Maduro, who he’s been trying to oust since declaring his re-election in 2018 illegitimate.
