Darwin ‘shooter’ appears in court on four murder charges

A 45-year-old suspected of fatally shooting four people in Darwin on Tuesday is due to appear via video link in the Northern Territory court on Friday. Benjamin Glenn Hoffmann is facing four charges of murder, two of recklessly endangering life and one of criminal damage following his alleged shooting spree on Tuesday. A young woman was also caught up in the gunfire during Hoffmann's alleged shooting spree but survived the attack.
