A former New South Wales detective who led the investigation into the disappearance of William Tyrrell, has been charged with four offences. Gary Jubelin was sidelined from the case earlier this year so the Professional Standards Command could investigate an anonymous tip-off accusing the detective of using his mobile phone to record someone without a warrant and bullying and harassment. Police allege he made the recordings in William Tyrrell's home town of Kendall, as well as in Parramatta. Mr Jubelin, who quit the force last month, has previously denied any wrongdoing. He is due to appear in court next month. Image: News Corp Australia
