McCain warship kept ‘out of sight’ during Trump’s Japan visit

Donald Trump has denied reports the White House requested a warship named after John McCain be hidden during the President’s visit to Japan. The Wall Street Journal cites emails asking the name of the USS John S. McCain to be obscured while the President was visiting the troops in the Asian nation. Navy officials claim they did not move the ship, or attempted to put a tarp over the front to hide the name, but they did concede sailors from the USS John S. McCain were given the day off during the President’s visit.
