A serial rapist, described as one of Australia's most dangerous sex offenders, is on the run after escaping from a Northern Territory prison. The sex offender removed his electronic bracelet before fleeing the Darwin Correctional Facility on Sunday night. It's the second time the man has escaped the facility in the past nine months. Police are appealing to the public to help locate the escapee.
