Supplied video obtained Thursday, June 20, 2019 of an international team of investigators identifying four suspects in the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 over Ukraine nearly five years ago. Dutch chief prosecutor Fred Westerbeke, a member of the Dutch-led investigation team, outlines the "simple questions" investigators have for Russia and says the team "will formally request the Russian Federation to submit a summons to the suspects who are in the Russian federation". "We will also ask Russia to question the suspects about the charges. A similar formal request will be sent to Ukraine," Mr Westerbeke says.
