Opposition urges gov to bring forward budget update amid “floundering” economy

Shadow treasurer Jim Chalmers speaking to media in Sydney about the June quarter data which is expected to show Australia's economy dipped to its lowest rate of expansion in 19 years. Chalmers says the government hasn't lifted a finger to help the floundering economy and now needs a plan. "This is the inevitable consequence of a Liberal government which has a political strategy but not an economic policy to turn this floundering economy around," he says.
