September 27, 2019. Federal opposition leader Anthony Albanese speaking to media in Sydney's inner west about an attempt to expel union leader John Setka from the Labor party. Albanese says the shadow attorney general will lay charges against Setka in the next step in the bid to kick him out of the party after he pled guilty to harassing his wife. "People are fully aware that his actions aren't consistent with the values of the Labor party, particularly when it comes to the treatment of women," Albanese says of the suspended Victorian CFMMEU leader.
