New Zealand’s COVID-19 cases climb slowly

Supplied video obtained Wednesday, April 1, 2020, of Dr Caroline McElnay, Director of Public Health, at a COVID-19 media briefing in Wellington, NZ. McElnay says there are 61 new cases of COVID-19 in New Zealand. "So that gives us a total, combined, confirmed, and probable cases in New Zealand of 708," she says. "And we now have 82 reported cases who have recovered. "We have 14 people in hospital. Two of the 14 are in intensive care." (AAP VIDEO/Supplied/Ministry of Health)
