China ‘flexing their military muscle’ as the world fights COVID-19

US contributor Michael Ware says “China has been flexing their military muscle” while the rest of the world struggles with the coronavirus pandemic. Mr Ware told Sky News China was “pretty well recovering from the coronavirus” and the international community had since seen an increase in offensive operations. He said reports emerged of cyber attacks on Australia as well as Chinese combat fighter jets “buzzing Taiwan like flies around a garbage bin”. “You’ve seen a border fight between India and China where at least 20 Indian troops were killed… and Chinese security is now essentially running Hong Kong,” he said. “So the virus may have started in China, the virus may be getting under control in China, but China is making the most out of our confusion.” Image: AP
