The Thoroughbred Industry Careers Program is a “great foot in the door” for those who have always dreamt of a career with horses but are unsure where to begin, according to Arrowfield Stud Manager Matt Hill. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for young people to get involved in the industry,” he said. “A lot of young people don’t know how to get involved so this is a great foot in the door and opens their minds to all the possibilities that the industry has”. @arrowfieldstud
