In their second unannounced visit this week, US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania have met with troops at an airbase in Germany. The visit to Ramstein Air Force Base in south-west Germany follows the President's surprise visit to US troops in Iraq. President Trump met with soldiers, shaking hands and autographing his signature 'Make America Great Again' hats for servicemen.
