Thousands of Australians are turning out at events across the country to mark Australia Day, but not everyone is out to celebrate. Prime Minister Scott Morrison attended a citizenship ceremony in Canberra where he granted citizenship to 28 new Australians. Another 16,000 people will become citizens today.
