Parliament lacks ‘character and conviction’: Credlin

Sky News host Peta Credlin says ‘character and conviction’ is lacking in politics, with people like Clive Palmer adjusting their beliefs to ‘fit their self-interest’. Ms Credlin says there’s ‘a world of difference’ between MPs who ‘treat public life as a calling’ and those who ‘think they’re stars in a kind of up-market reality TV show’. Ms Credlin says there is a 'gulf' between what Clive Palmer says and what he does, showing the United Australia Party leader 'doesn't stand for anything'.
