Second-hand phone market continues to boom

The second-hand phone market is exploding as top-end phones creep towards $3,000. He says it's up to the consumer to check that an old phone is checked by “proper, licensed” people, who can conduct a rigorous 72-point check and ensure it isn't a stolen device.
