Corelogic’s Kevin Brogan says the auction clearance rates have “come back a little bit” from what we’ve come to expect with ever increasing rates but historically “they are still very high". Mr Brogan told Sky News the national capital city average came in at 70 per cent, which was down from last week. “Unfortunately for Adelaide we saw the clearance rate drop quite significantly to 47 per cent," he said. "Adelaide has been running its own race while Sydney and Melbourne have experienced softening markets." Image: News Corp Australia
