WHEN wild weather lashed Tasmania in May last year, artist Megan Walch was in Europe, watching TV footage of the extreme flooding in her home state on the international news. It was an upsetting time, but even more upsetting when Walch received a call telling her that many of her paintings had been damaged by the deluge.
