Five members of a California family are among the 34 people assumed dead after a fire broke out on a boat off Santa Cruz Island. All the victims were believed to be sleeping below deck when the fire started on ... what day what time? There have since been 25 bodies recovered from the water, with authorities working to identify them. Of the 39 people on board, the boat's five crew members were the only ones to escape with their lives.
