Iran's military has been put on alert as the country's death toll from the coronavirus rises to 77 with over 2,000 confirmed cases. Officials said 23 MPs tested positive for COVID-19 forcing parliament to be suspended with reports the head of the country's emergency medical services was also infected. The Middle-Eastern nation has the highest number of deaths from the disease outside of China. Wearing disposable gloves, the Supreme leader tried to downplay the outbreak in a public address that praised the efforts of health officials. Image: AP
