This video shows a swamped residential street, with floodwaters reaching up to the porches of several houses. Ryan Kasyan posted the footage to Twitter with the caption: “Gotta love Charleston living.” The National Weather Service had issued severe thunderstorm warnings for the area, with local news reporting evacuations from buildings and drivers stranded on flooded roadways.
