Restaurants and cafes will re-open within two weeks in Victoria, with Premier Daniel Andrews outlining his plan to return the hospitality industry to a new normal. From June 1, 20 patrons will be able to dine in but won’t be allowed to order from a bar. That limit will increase to 50 on June 22 and 100 people from mid July, if testing rates remain stable.
