Fresh snow fell in the village of Khangsar in the Indian Himalayan region of Himachal Pradesh on April 21. The India Meteorological Department forecast an “active western disturbance” that could bring rain and snow to the area from April 20 to 22. Local media reported that “normal life” had come to a halt following heavy snowfall in Himachal Pradesh. This footage was shared by TanZin SoNam, who said it was filmed in Khangsar.
