Sky News US contributor Michael Ware says President Biden is in a very bad form of “parliamentary hell” over his trillion-dollar infrastructure bill. This comes as Capitol Hill has been brought to a standstill over the infrastructure bill as Mr Biden tries to get it through. “He’s not just trying to pass his infrastructure packages, but these packages define his vision for America,” Mr Ware told Sky News Australia. “It’s what he’s built his presidency on, so this is make or break.”
