The Queen has seemingly brushed off recent health scares with the monarch returning to public duties days after missing the Remembrance Sunday service. The monarch met face-to-face with General Sir Nick Carter on Wednesday as he steps down as chief of defence. It's the first time in almost a month the 95-year-old has taken part in an in-person engagement. Her ill-health has forced the Queen to cancel a series of official appearances, the latest due to a sprained back. But Prince Charles has confirmed her Majesty is doing "alright".
