The outgoing California Governor has proposed a brazen new climate change initiative to ‘point out those who pollute’. Speaking at the podium of the Global Climate Action Summit in San Francisco, Jerry Brown said the state will launch its own satellite to precisely pinpoint sources of methane gas and ‘develop remedies to end it’. The state’s Governor-Elect, Gavin Newsom, has supported the initiative, saying he just needs to figure out what to name it.
