The family of a passenger who was one of 189 people to die in a Lion Air flight crash is now suing Boeing. The aircraft vanished from radar before it crashed into waters off the north coast of Indonesia in October this year. The family’s attorney says Boeing failed to provide adequate instructions on how to respond to the problem.
