Residents in Zimbabwe have accused soldiers of continuing to beat people amid protests over rising fuel prices in the African country. It comes despite a promise from Zimbabwe president Emmerson Mnangagwa to investigate the alleged torture of demonstrators. Opposition activists say dozens of people have been killed and hundreds arrested since protests started 10 days ago, as petrol prices hit crisis levels.
