Pope Francis has arrived in Panama to meet with young Catholics as part of World Youth Day celebrations. Groups have flocked to see the pontiff in what will be the first time in 36 years a pope has visited the country. He is expected to speak out in defence of Central American migrants during his visit, having previously described President Donald Trump's US-Mexico border wall as 'madness'.
