Jacinda Ardern and Prince William open up about mental health

Jacinda Ardern and Prince William have talked candidly about mental health during a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The NZ Prime Minister said her nation's small population means everyone knows somebody who has taken their own life, with more than 600 suicides last year. Meanwhile, the Duke of Cambridge discussed his own struggles with mental health during his time working as an air ambulance pilot. Prince William praised Ms Ardern for her attitude towards tackling mental health. Anyone who may be feeling distressed can contact the following organisations for support: SANE Helpline 1800 18 72 63 Lifeline 131 114 Beyond blue 1300 22 4636
