Sky News host Paul Murray says politicians should ‘spend more’ on Australian flags for their community. Mr Murray says it is the ‘warped logic’ of the media that it’s ‘a scandal’ for people to receive copies of the Australian flag to ‘fly proudly’. Taxpayers have been charged more than $500,000 on flags between July and September 2018, according to the Gold Coast Bulletin.
