Economist Stephen Koukoulas says the Federal Government should work with the state to ‘fast-track’ infrastructure projects in Sydney. Mr Koukoulas says ‘infrastructure projects like roads’ and ‘second airports in Sydney’ take a long time to be built and should be prioritsed by the government. He has also told Sky News the construction sector is under pressure from the 'housing decline'.
