SpaceX’s Crew-Ready Craft Takes Off for Unmanned Test Flight to ISS

SpaceX launched the first test flight of its passenger-ready Crew Dragon craft on March 2. The craft launched atop a Falcon 9 rocket from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, it said. When operational, the craft is expected to carry astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS). This unmanned test flight will dock with the ISS on March 8 before returning to Earth.
