A car bomb has exploded on Turkey's border with Syria, killing three Syrians. It happened less than a kilometre from a local government office in the town of Reyhanli. Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan says early indications are the blast was terror-related. The victims were all in the vehicle when the bomb went off.
