Former Pentagon Adviser and Commander in the US Navy Reserve Jason Israel says "a lot of questions" remain around the "enforcement" of phase one of the US-China trade deal. Mr Israel said China saw themselves "as the largest economy in the world" so they would look at how to shape their influence globally, calling the relationship a very "transactional" one.
