Residents of South Lake Tahoe, California, applauded the firefighters battling the 219,267-acre Caldor Fire, as containment of the blaze increased to 70 percent as of September 15, according to officials. On Wednesday morning, more evacuation orders in El Dorado County were downgraded into warnings, Cal Fire announced.
