An aged care home in Western Sydney has once again been locked down after a doctor visited the facility while infectious. The doctor visited Newmarch House in Kingswood three times last week, before returning a positive COVID test. Residents have been asked to stay isolated in their rooms. Mass testing of all staff and residents is underway – so far none has returned a positive result. 19 residents died from a coronavirus outbreak at Newmarch House last year.
