UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has unveiled a raft of measures to stop a winter COVID-19 resurgence. At its heart – a continuing drive to get the whole country vaccinated and for those over 50 to receive booster vaccines. The government also revealed a Plan B which includes the possibility of vaccine passports and even the return of lockdowns.
