Cold Front Brings Snow to West Yellowstone, Montana

Some early season snow fell in parts of Yellowstone National Park on September 19, as a cold front moved into Wyoming from the northwest. Rain, thunder, gusty winds along with snow settling at altitudes above 7000 feet were expected with the coming cold front, the National Weather Service bureau in Riverton said. These videos posted to Instagram by Jared Kickliter shows light snow falling and settling in West Yellowstone, Montana. A freeze watch was issued for parts of Yellowstone National Park for Tuesday morning, as some of the coldest temperatures of the fall season were expected. Credit: Jared Kickliter via Storyful
