Rescues Continue After State of Emergency Declared in Yonkers, New York

The city of Yonkers, New York, declared a state of emergency on September 2, after the remnants of Hurricane Ida brought severe flash flooding to the area overnight. This video taken in Yonkers by Twitter user @DRxBONES shows rescue workers helping a woman from atop a car into a raft.
