Hundreds of skiers and snowboarders dressed in Santa costumes for a ski resort’s 21st annual fundraiser to raise money for a local nonprofit organization in Newry, Maine, on December 5. Footage filmed by Sunday River Resort shows 232 participants cheering and riding down slopes for a cause. The event raised over $5,000 for River Fund Maine, a non-profit organization that “aims to create a bright economic future for the community by investing in the education of the area’s youth and by harnessing the recreational assets of the region,” according to a press release.
