Dense fog was limiting visibility across areas of the Central Valley in northern California on the morning of Saturday, December 4, the National Weather Service (NWS) in Sacramento warned. This timelapse video from ALERTWildfire shows fog rolling over mountains in the Sutter Buttes range, north of Sacramento.
