The European Union has pledged to donate hundreds of millions of COVID-19 vaccines to countries in need. At least 100 million doses are expected to reach low and middle income nations by the end of the year. The EU has also promised to set up vaccination manufacturing hubs in Africa which faces a shortage of doses. Speaking at the Global Health Summit the European Commission Chief says vaccines should be available everywhere.
