Curtin University’s Joe Siracusa says President Joe Biden has earned a “D minus on foreign policy" for his first 100 days in the Oval Office. “In terms of foreign policy, he hasn’t done very much. In fact he’s inherited most of Trump’s positions,” Mr Siracusa told Sky News. “He’s using the same policies with China. He’s not doing very well at the border with Mexico. He’s stuck in a rut with North Korea and the messaging from Iran is very mixed."
